This training will be provided by the FNSDS Centre to new and novice BSDWs or BSDWs that wish to refresh their skills. The module will contain training on caseload management, documentation, file management, IA forms and reporting. This is a 3 & 1/2 day module with an exam at the beginning, end and 3 months later as follow up to assure retention.
