The BSDW Level 2 Training provides the basic tools to initiate Active Measures employment opportunities for your on-reserve IA clients. You will receive basic training on how to work with Aboriginal clientele in the area of pre-employment assessment and referral. Tools such as Guiding Circles, assessment forms and procedures are provided. Also offered are guest speakers presentations from MHSD, Service Canada and INAC.
