Earned Income & Exemption Eligibility
As of April 1, 2013 Earning Exemptions for Earned Income has been changed for IA recipients. Applicants and their family units who are under the age of 65 are eligible if they have been receiving income assistance support for the month immediately previous to the claimed earning exemptions.
